Every Guild has its own culture, calendar, and road philosophy.
A closed riding circle?
Your community does not have to join public discovery to organize rides on @Ride.
01 · Stay unlisted
Choose Unlisted / private under Directory listing. The Guild will not appear in Explore Guilds or public marketplace discovery.
02 · Close the Hall
Set Guild Hall access to Invite only, and keep each private ride restricted to Guild members or invited participants.
03 · Share directly
Give invited riders the Guild URL. Ride Studio, reservations, assisted UPI, participant lists, polls, check-ins, and notifications remain available.
Unlisted controls discovery; access rules protect the content. Combining both keeps Guild details and private rides away from anonymous visitors and search indexing.

The complete Guild-to-road workflow
WhatsApp can remain where the conversation happens. @Ride keeps the structured details that should not disappear inside that conversation.
Guild admins, captains, finance teams, riders, and pillions work from the same ride record—from the first announcement to final completion.
Create one dependable package with routes, starting cities, itinerary, stays, meals, rules, pricing, slots, checkpoints, and assigned ride crew.
Book for riders and pillions, choose rooms and vehicles, pay the Guild directly by UPI or cash, and follow advance and balance status in one place.
Use manifests, attendance, official updates, polls, onward and return checkpoints, and captain check-ins while every eligible rider sees the same progress.
Complete the ride, preserve each participant’s roadbook, welcome new members, recognize contributions, and grow the Guild’s verified history.
Why @Ride
@Ride is a free, non-commercial platform designed to reduce the repetitive work behind organized group rides while helping the people on the road stay informed and connected.

Community safety support—not a replacement for emergency services.
₹0 platform fee, no booking commission, and no plan to turn essential Guild operations into a paid product.
UPI and offline payments go directly to the organizer. @Ride does not hold funds, deduct a cut, or create a settlement cycle.
The package, participant list, payment state, crew roles, checkpoints, updates, and completion record stay connected to the ride.
Checkpoint progress and the planned manual SOS flow help the ride community respond together. @Ride is not an emergency-dispatch service.
Each community has its own Guild Hall, media, history, rules, team, and shareable atride.in address or Guild subdomain.
Sensitive participant information is not a public directory. It is shared only with the relevant Guild and authorized ride team.
There is a rider behind this project.
