Our journey kicks off from Hoskote, Bangalore, routing us away from the city grit and straight into the heart of the Western Ghats. Please read before booking
A helmet and full riding gear are mandatory. Participants must ride in the formation instructed by the captains and marshals. The ride must remain disciplined, with no aggressive overtaking or unauthorized late-night motorcycle usage. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Drinking and riding is not allowed. Any celebration involving alcohol may happen only after the motorcycles have been parked for the day. All participants must respect the privacy and safety of fellow riders, including female participants. Violation of the ride rules may result in immediate removal from the ride and a Guild ban without refund.
The full ride fee is ₹3,899 per person. A slot is confirmed only after the organizer verifies the complete payment. Participants using an offline payment method must share the payment reference or screenshot through the organizer’s approved private channel. Personal payment numbers and payment screenshots must not be displayed on the public ride page.
The ride payment is strictly non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed. The organizer may already have committed the payment towards accommodation, food and activities. Participants must review the complete package and policies before making payment.
Replacement or transfer of a confirmed slot is allowed only with prior organizer approval. A replacement participant must satisfy all ride and safety requirements. Unauthorized slot transfers are not permitted.
Participants must respect the accommodation property, assigned rooms and fellow guests. Smoking inside rooms is prohibited. Illegal substances are prohibited. Alcohol, if permitted by the property and organizer, may be consumed only after motorcycles have been parked for the day. Harassment, unsafe conduct or disruption of other participants may result in removal from the ride without refund.
